Health – a person’s physical and mental condition

In the definition of health, beside the physical condition, we see that mental wellbeing is also stated and therefore just as important. To feel truly well we need to be of a sound mind as well as in our body. Me as a health coach am here to guide you in exactly those two things and teach you how the mind & body support each other.

Plena was born from an idea that we deserve to live a life that is overflowing in every way. Starting from the most basic needs being met to having a life full of purpose. If we take care of ourselves, life will pour out into others and the world around us.

I’m a born and raised Texas girl now living and raising my beautiful daughter in Zürich, Switzerland. I am passionate about all things holistic health, nutrition, nature, mental health, living life in abundance and connecting to people!
